First, for those who don’t know the F# Software foundation, here’s a link 🙂

In a few words, their mission is the following:

The F# Software Foundation is a community operated, not-for-profit organization dedicated to our mission. As an organization, we actively encourage a diverse community of F# developers to join us in promoting the community through providing online space, sponsoring events and activities, and supporting the F# community through our programs.

The Foundation is a member-driven charitable organization, and we encourage anybody interested in F# to become a member. All are welcome to get involved.

I have been interacting with the community for quite some time now, maybe about 2 years? It’s been a great experience and I’m always looking for ways to give back to the technical community like posting here 😉

Someone in the F# community nominated me to run for the board and I was really happy to be considered! I’ve applied here! I will share the results once they’re available on July the 30th! ( Wish me luck 🙂 )
